I spent an eye-opening 2+ hours with a CFO this weekend on tech things for his new venture.
Eye-opening because it provided proof yet again, why I do what I do, and how important it is. Of course, I am used to the fact that many are without the digital skills they need for the world of today. Yet, it amazes me every time I speak to people doing so well in their jobs and careers, experts in their professions, but need hand-holding with some tech skills and tools.
I know these people are amazing at what they do. But honestly, they would be so much better with some real digital skills beyond knowing how to use a computer, smart phone and a printer.
So I woke up this beautiful Monday morning to write this post. For you.
My question is - Can you afford to enter 2026 still working the same way?
While you’ve been buried in Excel spreadsheets and paper forms, the world has moved on: → Your peers are using AI to automate tasks and those everyday basic processes that take so much time with little to no real returns
→ Other departments have real-time Power BI dashboards but you spend time having to redo reports every month
→ Leadership expects data-driven insights, not monthly PowerPoints or paper printouts
→ Auditors want evidence pipelines, not folders of PDFs and cabinets of paper (yikes).
The expectations have changed.
The tools exist (e.g. Microsoft 365 - you already have them).
The question is: Do you have the skills? And are you ready to develop and build on them? Because 2026 is not going to slow down on tech changes and advancements - the longer you wait to build the required skills, the more difficult it gets as the skill gap will only get wider.
This is why I built NavigatorPRO.
The systematic program for QHSE professionals to master AI, data, and digital tools.
Not tips. Not theory. Real systems you build and deploy all by yourself.
Look at what the market currently offers:
Vendors → Selling expensive EHS software with lengthy training and some steep learning curve just to use their platform. Gosh! We need a disruptor to put an end to this hell.
Consultants → Selling audits, consultancy hours, ISO certifications, compliance work. All great stuff.
HSE Training Providers → Much needed training to excel at your role. Think NEBOSH, IOSH, investigations, human factors, HOP
Tech Companies → They push IoT, sensors, analytics (overwhelming and unaffordable for most)
But you know what is missing?
👉 An offer to “help you build digital confidence so you can use your existing tools, influence your organisation, and modernise your HSE systems”
Here is where I come in.
Through a rolling monthly program, you systematically master the 5 pillars of QHSE digital transformation:
✅ Data Collection & Quality - Get data RIGHT first (foundation)
✅ Digital Systems & Integration - Build on solid data architecture
✅ Cleaning, Modeling & Evidence - Automate pipelines
✅ Analysis, Visualisation & Reporting - Executive dashboards
✅ AI, Automation & Orchestration - Intelligent workflows
Every month, you ship a working system with my and my team’s support.
All for a £97/month investment. This is the founding rate and is available until Feb 28, 2026. Corporate team rate available. DM us.
Lock this rate for as long as you remain a member. After March 1st, the fee increases for new members.
Join this December and enjoy the December foundation sessions (4 live 60-min workshops) starting 6th Dec at 2pm GMT, while the full program launches January 1st.
For each Saturday, we will cover:
Session 1 (6 Dec): Set your 2026 Digital Transformation Goals
Session 2 (13 Dec): Assess your Digital Readiness using our Framework
Session 3 (20 Dec): Tech Stack Audit. To review your current stack and get you prepped for January and beyond so you can thrive on NavigatorPRO
Session 4 (27 Dec): Data Audit. A time to look at your safety data and why data quality matters.
The Choice
Enter 2026 doing the same manual work… or become a digital-first safety leader. Ask yourself - Can I afford NOT to?
Which will you become?

In case you missed this 👇
Yesterday, I shared a step-by-step, practical guide on how to move away from scattered Excel files and build one live, audit-ready source of truth for your safety documents.
It’s called “Build a Digital Safety Register in 60 Minutes (No IT Team Needed)” and it walks you through:
• Planning your register properly (what to track and why)
• Building it as a SharePoint List inside Microsoft 365
• Creating views, testing, and setting permissions so the right people see the right things
If you’re still buried in versions of “final_v4_reallyfinal.xlsx”, this is a great place to start.
